Workshops Workshop Overview
Financial Fitness

1st Saturday
10 am – 12 pm

Understanding money management and credit management skills and resources. 

Clients are educated through 10 learning modules using the Fannie Mae Foundation Growing Your Money: Personal Financial Tools Workbook.

Attendee’s will learn how to develop a spending plan, comparing income and spending habits, how to set goals for saving and tips for managing your money.
Homebuyer Education

2nd Saturday
10 am – 1 pm

Overview of the home buying process. This curriculum is tailored for potential homeowners in high-cost areas.

Attendee’s will learn how to qualify for mortgage financing, how credit impacts your borrowing power,  how to access first time homebuyer DPA resources and how to effectively work with professionals during the home buying process.

This workshop is coupled with private, individual counseling session.
Homeowner Clinic

3rd Saturday
9 am – 1 pm

“Drop-in” format for clients w/questions regarding their current OR potential mortgage loan. 

Attendee’s will have access to one-on-one consultation with experienced housing counselors regarding any aspect of a potential, current, predatory or delinquent mortgage loan.

Open to all homeowners and potential homeowners.

Overview of the reverse mortgage loan product.
Reverse Mortgage Information Session

3rd Saturday
9 am – 12 pm
Attendee’s will learn reverse mortgage loanfeatures, payment options and alternative resources.
